The Beast Awakens From Its Slumber…

Awakened by lots of knocking. Clearly something is up in Vancouver – and Canadian – RE.

OK, so forgive us: our bearish calls were early by something between 6 and 15 years, depending on how you measure… but, hey!, “no one can time a top”, “the market can remain irrational for longer than you can remain solvent”, etc, etc…

Despite getting the decade a tad wrong, we are now again concerned that “For our city, this RE crash will quite likely be the defining social and economic event of the next decade“

We will put up a post soonish regarding a current understanding of the Vancouver RE market… until then, any old regular readers/posters out there ? Any bears make it through all this? How ya doin’?
