Still run my business, and we keep it lean and flexible.
Leverage is great on the way up on and hell on the other side of the hill.”

  1. Suze Orman hit the nail on the head when she identified the reasons why Americans got into financial trouble. To paraphrase…
    “Americnas borrowed money they didn’t have to buy things they didn’t need to impress people they didn’t know.”
    You’d figure we would learn from their mistakes.
