Developers do not seem to have any ‘insider’ advantage in their ability to predict market strength. Most bubble market tops are accompanied by ravenous new building. -vreaa

I’ve been driving through those neighborhoods for years and I have never seen this kind of building.  I would not be exaggerating if I said that there are (in East Abbotsford) at least 60-90 new SFH’s being started as I type. (this is in an area that has 270 listings already…up from 160 a couple months ago). Am I the only one seeing it? Is it just my bearish slant? Is this happening in other areas?”
