Ben over at TheEconomicAnalyst is having a live talk tomrw. He knows his stuff so should be an interesting discussion.
Good to know and I will follow it up. Ben is one the the best independent analysts in the country where housing is concerned. It is nice to hear from a guy who leaves the politics out of the conversation and just sticks to the facts.

Not many bulls showed up so the questions were kind of soft.
But the comment section are mainly bulls, where were all these guys during the talk?
It looks more like a balloon to me.
