Mortgage brokers are basically sales people. The only qualification required is to be hungry for commission. Given her background, I would say she is in the right line of work. However, she better make hay while the sun shines. I have a cousin who worked mortgages for Countrywide in the states and his Mercedes is now a sitting duck in the driveway since he can no longer afford to service it.
