“A lawyer knocked on the door of my rented house on the Westside of Vancouver this afternoon, and offered me $2.4 mil. He was going door to door asking if anyone wanted to sell. He said he could by-pass any realtors and left me his card. I am trying to think of a way to sell him this house!!!!!!LOL!!The insanity continues”

  1. And, this guy passed the “bar?”

Maybe he went in and had a couple before considering buying. Then another couple when he concluded that it would be a good idea to dive in near the top.

Someone should have told him that the pool is empty.

  2. Sounds fishy. Not sure I believe the story. Maybe lawyer was acting for someone else.

  3. How come so many lawyers have millions to blow?
