    This highlighted scenario is a normal sales tactic in pretty much every market I’ve seen. Remember who commissioned salespeople work for.

  4. You want crickets. Here in the heart of the South Shore of NS, realtors look like they are all in shock.
    Nothing is happening. This is a National meltdown, just in different percentages.
    Friends in China are in the soup. Whole blocks are defaulting in Shanghai.
