Many in the market have no experience of significant price downdrafts and genuinely assume prices will continue to rise indefinitely. These guys clearly don’t do much reading. – vreaa

Why, did you have trouble understanding Dan’s account?
Have another look. While Dan didn’t write conventionally (he writes in a web attenuated style), every single point he wanted to make is made, and efficiently, too.
