  1. why not? The ‘peg is a nice little city. Close to Chicago for a junk-it and now there’s NHL hockey. Probably pay 25% of Vancouver prices and get more house/lot size. But can you handle to prairie winters?

      I dearly love Chicago (4th generation born & bred), but am surprised you’d even want to visit.

  3. Here’s a question for readers: how many months per year do you have to work in Winterpeg to afford a vacation property in Hawaii or Arizona, all for the same price as a Vancouver teardown?
