I saw an ad like this a few years ago. Turns out the fine print said something like “based on the lowest mortgage you can get, with the highest downpayment you can scrape together, and we’ll pay your strata fees for 2 years.” Oh and this gets you a 500 square foot box in Whalley. Great. Very tempting.

You should go more often. Well, Delta…Scott Road has the best traditional South Asian restaurants in the Lower Mainland. None of that Vij’s new age shit.
Delta is not exactly Whalley.
I live in East Van and I have my selection of South Asian restaurants – I eat meat and veg at home, thanks.
