I told him that he should have taken it…he bought years ago and even at 10% off would be getting a windfall…he gave me that lecture on not selling for less than it’s worth, and RE only goes up. Two weeks later he is talking to one of our other friends about how he thinks he should have taken the offer…I hate to say I told him so!”
