CBC’s Stephen Quinn – “Maybe everyone just collectively realized that paying a million bucks for a 1000 square foot bungalow in a swamp is not a great deal… Uh oh, I’m in trouble now.”

anonymous123 at vancouvercondo.info August 16th, 2010 4:22 pm“Stephen Quinn from CBC radio said today (during the 3:35pm business report, as they were talking about the huge drop in housing sales) “Maybe everyone just collectively realized that paying a million bucks for a 1000 square foot bungalow in a swamp is not a great deal” (or something like that and then said “Uh oh I’m in trouble now”). The business reporter (who is from out east) made some comments about Vancouver’s “wild” real estate prices, and Mr. Quinn referred her to our beloved crackshackormansion.com”
