Most sellers still don’t think we’ve topped. What will the wannabe sellers described below do when ‘demand’ and ‘prices’ don’t ‘return’? When prices do drop more, they’ll turn to plan ‘B’: panic, then sell. -vreaa

I gotta be a bit of a skeptic on these guys as well. How many people really know 4 people selling all at the same time?
1 or 2 sure, but 4?
Besides, I just sold my last 7 properties all above asking.
Went to an open house today and was very shocked to hear the Realtor himself say the market has turned into a “balanced” one for sellers/buyers and price is very negotiable. Sellers will start dumping fast then free fall prices begin.
