A friend of mine with Lofts Vancouver was working on two seperate offers tonight.  Fraser Valley might be dead but there is still life in the legs of the Van/Burnaby market right now.”

  1. From the tone of this post, one would think that realestate in Vancouver is still booming with lots of buyers out there. Why are you selling if this is the case? Unless I am misunderstanding that these properties are yours.

  4. thinktom…the post seems to suggest that he and his wife own a 2BR condo in Bby and a TH in vancouver both of which are listed currently and showing…he says that there is lots of interest in the properties…meaning to imply that there are several buyers still out there….I can only assume that this is from ret where someone was just talking about having been the lone attendee of three different open houses over the past weekend….this is an obvious bull post intended to suggest that there is nothing to see here as realestate is still booming ahead in vancouver…
    So my question to the poster would be that if everything is business as usual in vancouver, and realestate only goes up, then why are they selling not just one of their properties…but two of them?

  5. Maybe I am being too literal though…maybe when he refers to the properties as “ours” he is meaning that he and his wife are realtors and the “listings” are theirs, not the properties themselves…in which case I’ll just discredit what he says as RE propaganda
