I have head the same thing from a few condo owners.
Such a fascinating time in Vancouver…scrambling to buy before the harmonized tax kicks in and the borrowing rates go up. All those empty investment condos –wonder who will buy them?
The city still has to sell Millennium Water after the athletes vacate….
