“My daughter, with her boyfriend, bought a house last year in Prince George for $270,000. They’re already crying, and tried to sell privately but can’t even get a $170,000 offer. They’ll go bankrupt, I think.”

easy credit sure is evil… young people who graduated in 2000 have no idea what a recession is … i dont blame them for wading in too deep ….the orgy of spending was crazy… oh well 7 years they can take another swing.
